~ Poetry by me ~

Counting Rhyme for Ravens

One for giving,
two for gain,
three for rapture,
four for pain,
five for wisdom,
six for skill,
seven for sipping from Odhroerirs fill.

Counting Rhyme for Crows

One for peace,
two for strife,
three for dying,
four for life,
five for victory,
six for fame,
seven for a skald, to immortalize your name.

Counting Rhyme for Magpies

One for sorrow,
Two for mirth,
Three for a barrow,
Four for a birth,
Five for silver,
Six for gold,
Seven for a saga,
Never to be told;
Eight for Asgard,
Nine for Hel,
Ten for Yggdrasil's secrets unveiled!
