Heimdall

What do I imagine You do all day?
GateKeeper, World spanner
Who do I Think you are?
Guardian of some Rainbow sent
To bless an Angry sky?

Your footsteps bless The rain Thor boasts of,
Your smile casts Gold through mists
As you stride, Brushes in hand,
Paint drips Chakra tones
on a spanning web, But it’s your smile
That paints The bow…

Blessing nine mothers With you on their minds,
You have reason To smile,
Your laughter was The only obedience
They demanded, Your joy,
the solid footsteps On Silver linings…..

Sea foam and Earthloam
Were food for thought, Growing you
strong and holy In a harmony
of light and shadow Sun-nourished,
you strode to heavenhood On the moonwaves;
Rode the sky- Horse of your father

Only a child can teach; Only a child knows magic
Ancient child, Born on the ninth wave
And heaven-sent to bridge The inBetween

We need not fear The frosty air,
No giant hand can block Your golden smile,
Your poetry, And the stonesong
You teach Your kith and kin….
