Bragi

Husband of Išunn, I hail You.
Your tongue is carved with runes of power,
And your mouth has become a gateway of living inspiration.
Words of beauty and fate-weaving force pour from Your lips
Like pearls from an overflowing treasure hoard.
Son of Gunnloš, Son of Ošinn,
I praise Your poetic skill.
Hail, Bragi; I raise this horn to You.
