A Song For Einheriar Blót

Einheriar, Bright Warriors
Fought in Life, Fight in Death
Guardians of, Folk, Home and Hearth
Be never forgotten

We who have life, remember well
Those who have trod, Helroad in Lof
Pick up their load, add to our own
Onward we go, Onward we must.
- Chorus -

From the first time, man picked up club
Did save his mate, from danger fierce
Tradition came, a heartfelt change
Beat back the Dark, Beat back the Fright
- Chorus -

As Mankind spread, across the world
Clans and Tribes formed, Gods became known
Nations would clash, for Gold and Land
And always there, the Warrior
- Chorus -

Brotherhoods formed, amongst the Brave
Custom and Thew, guided their ways
Rules of War, Honor in Field
Heroes boasted, Oathbreakers spurned
- Chorus -

As Nations grew, and Peoples thrived
Wars did grow too, ever more fierce
But Duty called, ever to them
Who would take up, Burden of Sword
- Chorus -

In loving Home, on playing field
In the classroom, on factory floor
In daily Life, and Freedom bought
We see the Worth, of their service
- Chorus -

In Hollow Stare and silent stance
In Veteran's Home, on city street
In row on row, of gravestones white
We see the price, they pay for all
- Chorus -

We who have life, remember well
Those who have trod, Helroad in Lof
Pick up their load, add to our own
Onward we go, Onward we must.
- Chorus -
- Chorus - Last line spoken-
