Odin´s calling!
Tune: “C130 on the taxi-way”.

All infantry know it, though jumpers best.
Cadance caller shouts out the first line, jogging platoon echoes back the repeat.
The only accompanyment: the sound of a platoon of combat boots hammering on pavement..
.

Odin´s calling! Today´s the day;
Asatru man´s gonna fight today.

Nightfall´s coming, don’t wanna miss the war
Kill ‘till you can’t kill no more

If I die on the battle line
Bury me there and I’ll be fine

If I fall to howling wolves
I’ll break their every snarling tooth

If the Jotnar get me first
I’ll drink their blood ‘till I die of thirst

If by chance we win the day
Call my wife, it´s time to play!

Horn has sounded, join the fray
Asatru man´s gonna die today!
