Motivated

Joyful day!
I greet life! Hassa!
I greet the dawn of a new day, alive! Hassa!
Around me proof of the Gods' own hand at work.
Ravens who gossip with The All-Father gathering news in the trees
Thor's hammer thundering in the Storm last night
Walking on my Stead I see Kjallar work at hand. Tonight I will offer sacrifice to thank him.
A message arrives: My oath brother's wife has given birth! A healthy son! Frigga was at hand.
Yes, tonight my kin and I will feast and thank the Gods for their help.
Fools think the Gods are dead, but I see them ever at hand.
