Fjöður á Sjávarfall

Deadly ripples of dimma paper defiance
amplifies the furious fray of time's feathers
falling from your fleeting muse's alliance
splitting from the grey matter memory tethers
but letters of Spring lightning will ignite
a match that sparks the mandarin sun sublime

and rise from the Ragnarock rhythm of night
to illuminate the rolling whaleway of inky sight

hvíla minn bróðir on the warmth of thought
that waves will return to synchronistic rhyme
wish washing the mind with tumbled techniques
until the surf has wet the quill you wrought
through those many years of poetic delight
fears and hrifning of friendly critiques
