The depths of dawn from darkness to light
soaking the sand with wisdom’s surf
flows over fjords fast and then recedes
repeat and refresh with rhythms of peace
saturate the seeds of self inner wealth
and grow the grain of grateful deeds
mill into meal that feeds the mind
in the turmoil of troubled times.
