A Poem for Thor
Thor. Hard gaze. Harder still. Clouds skewered.
Sharp as diamond shards. Branches growing
Off branches of white light, then gone.
Broken bone, then life. Marrow in the center.
Giant killer, and back. Giant slayer and back.
Mark on mark hit, smashed, devoured.
Red on red. Serpents gaze gone deep down,
Lower still and around. Deeper even more, up
Back, smashed, and gone.
