The Weavers
The Fates their blazing arrows cast
Lash the future, cull the past
Bring brave Einherjar to their doom
Send companions to ease Hel's gloom
The spinners' tales are ever told
In warriors' dare to breach the fold
Test in sword and shriven spear
'Gainst the thing all mortals fear
Kingdoms rise and fall and clash
By warriors' steel and maidens' sash
Yet behind all labors ageless hand
Works the loom and guides the land
King or Thrall, it matters not
Not a strand is loose, none forgot
By luck or worth is fate's decree
How bright you shine on the tapestry
