Sunna

High burns the sun on Midsummer's Feast
Lengthening rays fill the sky from the east
At Her greatest height
At Her zenith of power
Shadows burned away
In that glorious hour

In Sunna's great beauty do the Folk stand in frith
With joy and remembrance do we bathe in Her gifts
A horn raised for ancients
A horn raised for boasts
The music of Mimir
Is heard in our oaths

Free flows the mead from the maiden's sweet hands
A golden reminder of Her fires across the lands
Fires burned for giving
Fires burned for weal
All praise to Sunna
Bright maid of the wheel
