No Surrender

"Surrender?" Me? "Never!" I say.
I await the shield-maidens' call
At the abyss of Grim's lone eye.
My final stand might last all day;
My patience is strong as a wall.
No rope shall ever hang me high
For ignominious display.
My resistant soul cannot fall;
I have come to do or to die.
There's no "surrender"; Come what may!
