Jotun-Bane

Will the hammer strike?
Will Mjollnir fly?
Angry are the clouds
Which darken this night's sky.

Gap-Tooth, Crack-Tooth
Are they reined?
Will Bifrost's way be spared
The tread of Thor again?

Heimdall what say you
Who hears the grass to grow?
Deafened are your ears
When Thor's chariot's below.

Thunderer, Jotun-Bane
Fill this sky tonight
Make my very bones to shake
Beneath the flashing light.
