Deirdriu´s Dream

Deirdriu, o Deirdriu,
how have you been forsaken,
your love so pure and young and strong
was love that death has taken.

But even bitter fate cannot divide
lovers forever from each other, over the unknown
heavens of otherworld a pair
of trees has upwards grown.

Death will be nothing but a silent slumber,
when inside the beauty of eternal night
nothingness comes into sight.

Drowning in sweet scents of a never-fading sunset´s realm,
when oblivion yet finally is reached –
you live your life within your dream.
